Let’s Study Space Law

If you love new challenges, Space Law will drive you crazy! A new branch of law in full ferment, in constant and rapid evolution that follows the fast pace of technological progress.

A drawing that takes shape before our eyes.

The international legal community joins in the common aim of deepening and solving the problems related to the development of space activities.

If you want to get involved in this overtime work in progress, I have some advice for you!

First of all, the Internet is nowadays a great resource to collect information and contacts. Use it! Also, LinkedIn is a great window on this world if you use it properly. If you don’t have yet, make a LinkedIn profile and create your own network of contacts in this area. You will find a fervent and dynamic community to deal with!

Use the opportunity that your university offers. If you can, apply for a scholarship and study abroad in institutions that have space law courses.

I also want to signal you some interesting websites and resources:

Space Generation Advisory Council. It’s free. Join it and you can have the opportunity to stay tuned with all its initiatives and events.

International Astronautical Federation (IAF)

European Centre for Space Law.

Here you can find a Directory of institutions teaching Space Law.

Here you can find the UNOOSA Directory about education opportunities in the Space Law field, where you can find the institutions and universities where you can attend courses, LLM or PhD in Space Law all over the world.

If you want to pursue a PhD in Space Law, check the directories, identify the institutions you like the most and check their websites or write an email directly to the referent professor (you can also find their personal contact there).

Maybe you never thought about studying space law, or maybe you just didn’t know where to start. You can participate in this adventure; passion is the key. Your contribution and ideas have value, your insights can make a difference.

With passion you can do whatever you want.

Ad Astra!
