Maura’s Presentation at the IASC 2021 Commons in Space Conference

Our space law researcher Maura presented her paper “A BLANK PAGE: Laying the foundation of regulatory framework for human settlements on celestial bodies” at the IASC 2021 Commons in Space Conference. Her presentation addressed common space law questions as ad-hoc legislation for celestial bodies, human settlements and the future of law in the context of space exploration.
