Welcoming Our New Interns: Sogdiana Negmatova and Rada Pavlova

At First Steps, we are thrilled to welcome two new interns to our team, Sogdiana Negmatova and Rada Pavlova. Both bring unique skills and experiences that will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing growth and success. Let's get to know them a bit better.

Meet Sogdiana Negmatova

Sogdiana is a dedicated law student at London South Bank University, where she has consistently demonstrated her academic prowess. Her experience includes working as a Human Resource Operative at Logistic Systems LLC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where she honed her organizational and communication skills. She also worked as a Post Room Operative at Ballymore Asset Management, where she developed her IT and logistical skills.

Sogdiana is multilingual, with proficiency in Russian and basic knowledge of Japanese. She is also adept at using various software and platforms, including Microsoft and Monday. Sogdiana's interests extend beyond her academic pursuits. She is currently studying Japanese with Duolingo, has participated in self-defense courses, and has attended numerous employer-led events at her university.

Introducing Rada Pavlova

Rada is a law student at London South Bank University with a passion for technology and contract law. She has a unique blend of qualities that make her a standout candidate. She is flexible, adaptable, and has a keen eye for detail. Rada's experience includes volunteering at the LSBU Legal Advice Clinic, where she successfully handled cases involving housing, benefits, immigration, and consumer protection.

Rada's non-legal experience is equally impressive. She served as a Creative Manager at Bulprima Ltd and co-founded M&R Lifestyle LTD, where she managed the distribution and inventory of eco products. Rada is fluent in several languages, including Bulgarian, Greek, and Russian, and she is proficient in managing and sharing documents and data using Google Workspace.

Both Sogdiana and Rada bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. We are excited to see how their unique perspectives and skills will contribute to our work at First Steps. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome!
